Gateway group prepare for Sway Carnival

Deep in the New Forest a group supported by Community Builders is preparing to take part in Sway Carnival. This week at the New Milton Gateway group we made our Wizard Sticks for the 'Myth and Magic' themed event. Add this to our wizard hats and cloaks and facepaints and we should all look the part. The procession takes place next friday (4th July) in Sway- so look for us! This is a new endeavour for the group - so we wish them success.

Dice Group starts planning ahead

The Dice Group are busy planning a sports event for the members. Adam is negotiating with the Holiday Inn in Eastleigh for use of their pool, as well as thinking about some outdoor activities we could do once the weather improves!
Members put their names down for things they'd like to do.
We are also hoping to take part in the Eastleigh carnival this August. In the coming weeks we are being visited by Jani and Nina from the Art House in Southampton to show us how to make and use Poi Sticks.
