'Mini Millbrook group get the VIP treatment'
Martin Pryor, Job Centre Plus District Manager (sat next to Kerry) and Cllr Peter Bailey of Bittern Park take a keen interest in the group's work, on a VIP visit to Pickles Coppice, Sure Start.
It was a great opportunity for the group to show off their designs for the Queen Victoria Christmas Carnival in December and to tell Martin about the skills they were learning that can later be used in a job.

And just to keep you updated on the group's progress - well, they're not short of ideas in Millbrook. Here's Michaela with all the designs the group came up for their logo. (She's been busy at home coming up with embossed designs for posters and cards). But how will they agree on just one logo?
If you look closely, you can see the designs for the sleighs the group have come up. These will be made out of cardboard and will cover their buggies to drive round 'little pixies' in.....but only well behaved pixies!
They've already designed their prototype and it just needs a few finishing touches.
